Payment can be made securely via Wix or PayPal payment gateways. Bank transfer & cash payments also available on request.

The sales prices (in euros, €) of the products listed in the price lists are duty-free, excluding customs charges and formalities where necessary. Ninfa Studio reserves the right to change its sales prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the price set at the time of the order registration.

10. PRODUCTS QUALITY

​

The entire product range is derived from natural botanical varieties. Like all natural products, Ninfa Studio's products can have natural irregularities. Preserved products are sensitive to the climatic conditions of the place in which they are used or stored. In this regard, we are committed to providing all our customers with recommendations regarding the conditions of use and storage of these products. Ninfa Studio is not responsible for products' damage due to misuse or poor storage.

12. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

​

Worldwide shipping from Ireland. Delivery times vary depending on destination Country.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ninfa Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs. Ninfa Studio gladly accepts returns and exchanges, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return items back within 21 days of delivery. Ninfa Studio doesn’t accept cancellations but please contact us for any problem with your order.

 

Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
